Edgar Ramos, Psy.D

Clinical Director/ Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Edgar A. Ramos is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 17 years of experience. In 2004, he received his Master's Degree in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. In 2006, he received his Psy. D., from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. He received his clinical training pre and post doctoral at Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital. Dr. Ramos has extensive experience working with children, adolescent and adults. In addition, Dr. Ramos has taught at Concordia University and St. Augustine College in both undergraduate and graduate level courses. Dr. Ramos has specialized training in E.M.D.R. and group therapy. He is fluent in Spanish.  


Jose M. Viruet, L.C.P.C., C.R.A.D.C.

Director of Operations/ Clinical Therapist

Jose M. Viruet is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. He earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico in 2005. He earned his master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Trinity International University in 2009. Jose has over 12 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. He has provided individual, group, couples and family therapy. In addition, he conducts high school presentation about the impact of culture, trauma and substance abuse. He has specialized training in group therapy, substance abuse and EMDR. Jose conducts clinical services in Spanish and English.


Gineen Cali, MA, LPC, NCC

Clinical Therapist

Gineen Cali is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Trinity International University and holds a credential as a National Certified Counselor. As an experienced psychotherapist and group facilitator, she works with adults of all ages dealing with issues of anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, grief, and work-life balance, and is certified in Prepare and Enrich Couples Assessment. Before entering the field of Psychology, she worked for 15 years in the airline industry, where she developed a sensitivity to differences in cultures, issues of diversity, and factors affecting personnel in the transportation industry. Her theoretical approach is cognitive behavioral and interpersonal, incorporated with principles of positive psychology.


Virginia Rossi, L.C.P.C.

Clinical Therapist

Virginia Rossi is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2006 and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in Chicago in 2009. Virginia has 5 years of experience working with adults in various settings.  She provides services for individuals experiencing a range of issues from serious mental illness to adjustment and mild life difficulties.


Alicia Bradley, L.C.P.C

Clinical Therapist

Alicia Bradley is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania in in 2006.  She received her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in 2009. Alicia has a wide array of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals in residential settings, inpatient hospitals and community mental health clinics. Throughout these experiences, she has worked with children, adolescents and adults.  Alicia primarily uses a cognitive behavioral approach and believes therapy should be a collaborative effort.


Sarah Ford, L.C.P.C

Clinical Therapist

Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from the University of Illinois-Chicago in 2009. She also received her Master's of Education in Community Counseling from Loyola University Chicago in 2011. Sarah has clinical experience assisting children, adolescent and adults with PTSD, schizophrenia, self-injurious behaviors, depression and anxiety. Sarah utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy as her primary treatment of choice. In addition, she has received additional training in hypnotherapy.
